2. Need for a new rubber roof for the NCC and approval to move ahead

3. Plan for maintenance of the library at the NCC and approval to move ahead

4. Discussion of options for exterior of the NCC

5. Replacing asphalt to achieve proper slope around perimeter of NCC

6. Review and ask for input on proposal to modify designated town roads as ATV routes

7. Update on planned road work.
