ANNUAL ELECTORS MEETING MINUTES
Wednesday, April 16th, 2025

I. OPENING
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Jessica Estridge called the April 16th, 2025 annual electors meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Electors, Chairman Jessica Estridge, Supervisor Bryan Holter, Supervisor Josh Fornengo, Clerk Ryan Brennan, Clerk Charla Zaccardi, Mike Metcalf, Phil & Deb Jackson, Ron & Sandy Gallagher, Dan & Nicole Sear, Maureen & Bruce Rivard, Matt Holter, Mikayla Hughes, Vern Drake
ABSENT: Treasurer Mona Velebir
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
VERIFICATION OF LEGAL POSTING & NOTICE: Clerk Ryan Brennan posted public notice in advance of the April 16th, 2025 annual electors meeting.
APPROVAL OF 2024 ANNUAL ELECTORS MEETING MINUTES: Ron Gallagher motioned to approve the April 17th, 2024 annual electors meeting minutes. Nicole Sear seconded. Motion approved.
PRESENTATION OF 2024 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT: Chairman Jessica Estridge presented the year-end financial summary and fund balances.
SETTING OF DATE FOR 2026 ANNUAL ELECTORS MEETING: Nicole Sear motioned to set the date and time for the 2026 annual electors meeting for Wednesday, April 15th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and to be held at Northland Community Center. Ron Gallagher seconded. Motion approved.
RECOGNITION OF NEWLY-ELECTED TOWN OFFICIALS: Chairman Jessica Estridge recognized Mike Metcalf as the new chairman and presented him with a ceremonial gavel that was given to her by the former chairman Vern Drake at the beginning of her first term as chairman. Incumbent Supervisors Bryan Holter & Josh Fornengo were successfully re-elected for another term.
II. NEW BUSINESS
ELECTORS’ INPUT & DISCUSSION OF TOWN MATTERS:
1) Ron Gallagher inquired about the status of allowing Dairyland residents to purchase a permit for the transfer station. Chairman Jessica Estridge informed him of the special meeting previously held on Monday, March 24th, 2024 where this action was approved.
2) Vern Drake gave his compliments to Chairman Jessica Estridge for her years of service to the township. He also advised the town board on the advantage of giving documentation in advance to FEMA for special projects and bids.
OTHER BUSINESS ALLOWED BY LAW: None
III. CLOSING
ADJOURNMENT: Ron Gallagher motioned to adjourn at 6:12 p.m. Sandy Gallagher seconded. Motion approved. Meeting was adjourned.
