SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Jessica Estridge called the March 24^th, 2025 special meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.

PRESENT: Chairman Jessica Estridge, Supervisor Bryan Holter, Supervisor Josh Fornengo, Clerk Ryan Brennan, Clerk Charla Zaccardi, Mike Metcalf, Dick Reding, Jim & Linda Hannasch, Vern Drake

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

TOPIC: Consideration of allowing Dairyland landowners to purchase a transfer station permit.

SUMMARY:

1) Chairman Jessica Estridge reviewed a letter from Don McConkey in support of allowing Dairyland residents to purchase a permit for use of the transfer station. Should the motion be approved, it must extend to all landowners in Dairyland rather than a select few.

2) Chairman Jessica Estridge motioned to conduct a voice vote regarding the approval to allow all Dairyland landowners to purchase a permit for the transfer station in Blaine township: 3 votes in support (Jessica Estridge, Bryan Holter, Josh Fornengo), 0 votes in opposition. Unanimous support. Motion passed.

ADJOURNMENT: Supervisor Bryan Holter motioned to adjourn at 6:08 p.m. Supervisor Josh Fornengo seconded. Motion approved. Meeting was adjourned.
