CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Jessica Estridge called the March 22nd, 2025 public hearing to order at 5:25 p.m.

TOPIC: Consideration of adopting Ordinance 2025-001—an ordinance restricting certain artificial wake enhancement activities.

INTRODUCTION: Chairman Jessica Estridge reviewed the purpose of the ordinance, rules of conduct, and public hearing procedures. Clerk Ryan Brennan ran down the sign-in sheet and called each person in order on whether or not they wished to speak or make a presentation.

CLOSING: The town board wishes to thank all attendees for their time in voicing opinions and providing information on this matter. Following this hearing, the town board must wait 30 days before taking further action. The town board will have this item at the regular April town board meeting, which will be held April 30th, 2025 @ 7 p.m., to discuss and vote on the approval or abandonment of Ordinance 2025-001.
