CAUCUS MEETING MINUTES

January 11, 2023 6:30 p.m.

Chairman Jessica Estridge called the January 11, 2023 Caucus to order at 6:30 p.m.

Present were Chairman Jessica Estridge, Supervisor Josh Fornengo, Supervisor Bryan Holter, Clerk Charla Zaccardi, Treasurer Mona Velebir, Matt Holter, Bill Fish, Jennifer and Kent Klausing, Ron and Sandy Gallagher, Nicole Sear, Kevin and Kathy Tidemand, Ron and Sharon Proffit and Ed Carlson.

Chairman Jessica Estridge explained how the caucus works.

• Nominations were opened for Town Chairman.

Ron Gallagher nominated Jessica Estridge, Kent Klausing 2^nd the nomination.

Chairman Jessica Estridge asked if there were any more nominations once, and then, a second time. Hearing none, nominations were closed for Town Chairman.

• Nominations were opened for Supervisors – there are two positions available.

Kent Klausing nominated Josh Fornengo, Nicole Sear 2^nd the nomination.

Ron Gallagher nominated Bryan Holter, Kent Klausing 2^nd the nomination.

Chairman Jessica Estridge asked if there were any more nominations once, and then, a second time. Hearing none, nominations were closed for Supervisor.

Chairman Jessica Estridge made a motion to adjourn at 6:39 p.m. Supervisor, Bryan Holter seconded. Motion passed.  Meeting was adjourned.
