MEETING MINUTES

Wednesday, September 14, 2022

Chairman, Jessica Estridge called the September 14, 2022 monthly board meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

Present were Chairman Jessica Estridge, Clerk Charla Zaccardi, Treasurer Mona Velebir and Ron Gallagher.

Chairman Jessica Estridge motioned to reschedule the monthly board meeting to Monday, September 19, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., due to no quorum.

Chairman Jessica Estridge motioned to adjourn at 7:03 pm. Meeting was adjourned.
