TOWN OF BLAINE
ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES 
May 12, 2020 6:00 PM NCC

Chairman Vern Drake called the 2020 Annual Meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

In attendance were Chairman Vern Drake, Supervisor Jessica Estridge, Supervisor Josh Fornengo, Clerk Charla Zaccardi, Treasurer Larry Holter and Electors: Bonnie Young, Sharon Proffit, Dori Willett and Ron Gallagher.

1. A motion to adjourn and postpone the Annual Meeting to another date to be determined was made by Treasurer Larry Holter, seconded by Sharon Proffit.  Motion passed. The meeting was adjourned at 6:01 PM.
