MEETING MINUTES

Tuesday, April 14, 2020

Chairman Drake called the April 14, 2020 monthly board meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. 

Present were Chairman Drake, Clerk Zaccardi, Ron and Sharon Proffit, and Ron Gallagher.

Treasurer’s Report was provided by Treasurer Holter via e-mail.

Expenses:  Expenditures were sent out to board members via e-mail. Chairman Drake made a motion to approve payment of the April expenditures as submitted.  Clerk Zaccardi seconded.  Motion approved.

Chairman Drake made a motion to adjourn at 6:07 p.m. Clerk Zaccardi seconded. Motion passed.  Meeting was adjourned.
